My role as a nutrition coach is to support and guide you on your health and wellness journey through healthy eating. I’ll help you better understand your nutritional needs, make mindful food choices, and develop healthy habits that you can sustain in the long run.

We’ll work together to create a personalised eating plan that not only aligns with your nutritional goals but also fits your lifestyle, food preferences, and individual challenges.

I’m a specialist in resistance and strength training, certified as a Personal Trainer by APEC (Athletic Performance Education Company), with additional training in Life Coaching from the Brazilian Coaching Institute (IBC).

As a personal trainer, I develop exercise programmes that are adapted to your needs, goals, and abilities—whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or simply maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

Beyond planning and supervising your workouts, I also provide guidance on posture, execution techniques, and the encouragement you need to stay focused on your fitness journey.
